| History: The Shelburne County Exhibition was started in 1876 in
Ohio, Shelburne County by a group of farmers. It has operated every
year since then, with the exception of a few years during the Second World
War. Moving to it's current venue in the 1920's, the Shelburne County
Exhibition has maintained it's original goal of being a small hands-on
exhibition, and this has garnered the event a great deal of respect.
In 1971, an arena was added to the complex, and more recently, a curling
rink which was completed in 2000. |
